reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason. This includes but is not limited to rude or inappropriate behavior, poor ability to communicate, suspected character theft, or any other reason I see fit.

All clientele are not permitted, under any circumstance, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for Non Fungible Tokens (NFT) And/Or use my artwork for profit without my consent. Said use of artwork for the purposes of profit and advertisement of Non Fungible Tokens and/or cryptocurrencies is strictly prohibited.

I do not do refunds. I will only give partial refunds, based on how much progress I made. Under specific circumstances, a full refund will only occur if I have not started your commission and it's absolutely necessary for you to have said refund.

I reserve the right to showcase any purchased artwork for marketing purposes. Display of time-sensitive purchases, such as those intended for birthdays, holidays, etc., can be postponed until a specific date upon request. Commissions intended to stay private indefinitely will not be accepted, but client may request to remain anonymous publicly.

Any attempts to give a minor a NSFW character or artwork obtained from me will result in an instant blacklist.
Images Rights!
I retain all rights to purchased artwork, as well as the ability to alter images for marketing purposes. Purchase of image rights can be negotiated. I will NOT negotiate image rights for NFTs or other cryptocurrency purposes. You are NOT allowed to use any artwork I have created or posted for any AI purposes.

You the client retain all rights to the character(s) depicted in purchased artwork. This does not mean you or any other character owners own the copyright to the purchased artwork.

Purchasing art from me grants you PERSONAL USE of your digital copy, which means you cannot in any way use the art to gain a profit. Unless commissioned with the explicit purpose of utilizing my artwork for the client’s monetary gain, via merchandising or other commercial purposes, the client is not allowed to use my artwork for their own monetary gain. This includes image packs, stickers, or other merchandise depicting the purchased artwork.

Clients are allowed to utilize the purchased artwork for personal use or gifts. The client or any recipient of the artwork as a gift may alter it for profile pictures, wallpapers, or other non-commercial use provided I am appropriately credited on any social media the artwork is used on..
